What does my membership to "My Embroidery Club" include:
All Memberships Include:
Access to All Designs posted on "My Embroidery Club" website.
www.myembroideryclub.com.
Plus all new designs that are released to "My Embroidery Club" during the
length of your subscription period on My Embroidery Club.
You are guaranteed 3 sets per Month
**The only exception to this is the One Month Club
with this option you have access for one price to the designs created the
the previous month.(when this club is available)

What does my membership to "Fabulous Fonts" include:
Access to the Font shop and ability to download all fonts there
Past and current.

Why Can't I access the other Clubs:
You must pay for and become a member of the other clubs to have access to the designs
Offered there. You can join the other clubs through your account.
click on the Add/Renew subscriptions and select and pay for the clubs
you wish to join.

You are on the wrong website.
You paid to become a member of our Club "My Embroidery Club" which is differnt from our Store site
You have logged into the store website you need to be on
My Embroidery Club to download the designs posted for members.

I can not see the designs. Why?
You can. Go to our Gallery,

We do have a few members only design here but you will find most of
but these are the latest designs on the Club
Also available are 3 years of older club designs and current bonus Designs

Do the memberships auto renew?
All of Memberships: will. Except the Single Month and special sales
If you would like to cancel your Membership,
Please do so BEFORE the end of your membership billing cycle.
You are responsible for your own account cancelations.
Our system should send out renewal notices on subscriptions,
but please keep track of your Membership.
Once payment has been accepted there will be NO
refunds nor will we Pro-rate or make adjustments
on Memberships that are canceled early.
Due to the electronic nature of our products
there will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy!
We do not email designs.

Design Delivery:
Once you have logged into the club click on the design picture to download.
You will be downloading a multi-format zip file.

Updates at My Embroidery Club:
You are guaranteed 3 new sets per month
Any extra sets are to be considered Bonus Designs.

How does the Membership plan work?
Once your paid Membership is set up,
you will be able log in this website and download all designs
available on this website.
You will also be able to download any future designs
that are posted on this website during your membership period.
Just log in this website and begin downloading.
Once your membership has been canceled,
you will not have access to designs unless you renew
or sign up under a different plan or
purchase from the main website.
