Purchase of the designs is a license to use the designs and does not lend to duplication permission in any form. Changing (except to resize), duplicating, reselling (including any auctions), loaning, sharing in any way, or any transfer of the designs (including any of the free designs) is a violation of Title 17 U.S.C., et seq. Embroidery Collectables & Wind Woman Designs allows only the purchaser to use the embroidered designs on items for resale. No other permission is written or implied. All images of any of the designs on any of my web pages or websites are copyrighted by Embroidery Collectables & Wind Woman Designs and may not be used for any purposes. All designs in the packages have been tested extensively. Embroidery Collectables & Wind Woman Designs will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using any of our designs. Packages are non-refundable and can only be returned for identical collections.
My Embroidery Club & The Embroidery Collectables and associates
will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using any of these designs. It is your responsibility to make sure you have ordered the correct format for your machine. If you have ordered the incorrect format, you will need to convert the files yourself. We will not alternate formats or convert the files for you as we have already provided seveal fomats in our zip files.
As with all electronic media, all sales are final.
I will however, if files are corrupted, send a replacement of the exact same file and format.
You have purchased a membership to just the website "My Embroidery club" and will have access to it only as long as you are a paid member. Membership does not anyother site owned by Wind Woman Designs.

Other important information

SELLING STITCHED DESIGNS :
We have customers who sell at craft shows ,consignment shops, ebay and esty. Permission is always granted to sell stitch outs of our designs exactly as digitized (exceptions above) on garments or free-standing. For Free standing lace, Please include a tag, label or enclosure that identifies this as one of our designs. For sale of finished products using our Designs on the Internet either on your own website, or one belonging to someone else you must provide a link to my website and give Embroidery Collectables credit for the design.

By becoming a member, you agree that the information provided by you is corret and you agree to the Terms and Conditions of use on this site. Please understand that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is found that you provided false or misleading information, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred. If your membership has been revoked, we have the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program. This website logs IP addresses. This helps us to detect and control Sales Agreement violations, such as access from different IP networks using the same password, which may be an indication that someone is sharing their password with someone who isn't supposed to have access.

Memberships are Nontransferable:
Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you. Sharing your password could get your membership disabled or Removed with out notice.

Verifing Members Address:
We reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member's correct name and address)

Return Policy and membership cancellation:
Due to the nature of our product, we at have a strict NO RETURN or cash refund. Nor are refunds issued for canceled Memberships
Canceled memberships accounts maybe deleted or blocked with in 12 hours of canellation at the discretion of the webmaster. Memberships canceled with in 72 hours of joining the clubs forfeit any bonus offers.

Un-Used or abandoned Accounts:
If a Member does not access their account for a period of 100 days or more, We may, at our sole discretion, remove such Member's account. We will try to notify a Member our intent to remove a Member's account by an email to that Member's provided email address at least 10 days prior to removing the account. If the Member does not respond to our email notice with 10 days after it is sent, the Member's account will be removed as noted above. So it is recommended that you log into your account and keep your infomation current often. Members agrees that failure to access their account for 100 days or more indicates that their Membership has been abandoned and that the account may be removed.

Can I stitch out the designs on items and sell those items?
Yes, you sure can. As stated in my copyright notice, you can sitch out the designs on items for resale. But -- please respect my work -- and do not copy, share, sell, trade, etc. Please read my entire copyright notice.

Can the designs be resized?
All my designs have been digitized for their original size. Some designs may stitch out okay if they are resized and some may not. The only thing I can suggest is you can try it if you want.

I can't download the design will you email it to me?
No we do not email designs. This would consume a lot of our time that we could be creating new designs. If the link is broken email us and we will fix it.

I stitched out one of your designs, and the outline is way off. What is wrong?
First of all, I can guarantee you that it is not the design itself. Something may have happened when you were either downloading the design(s) or sending the design(s) to your memory card/floppy disk/machine. Sometimes there can be a little glitch in your computer while they are being copied and they don't sew out right. The same thing has happened to me with designs that I have stitched out numerous times before and they were perfect previously. Try sending the designs to your memory card/floppy disk/machine again and stitch them out on scrap fabric. Please know that I would never try to sell any designs that don't stitch out properly (or even give them away as the free ones). If you still have problems, let me know. If you need to email me, let me know what type of fabric you are stitching the design out on, what you are using for stabilizer, etc.

Can I use your images for other purposes, such as gift cards, stationery, etc?
Sorry, but all the images are copyrighted by Wind Woman and Embroidery Collectables and may not be used for any purposes. If you sell items on your site with my designs stitched out on them, I do require that you do indicate that the designs are copyrighted by Wind Woman and Embroidery Collectables and include my url http://www.myembroiderycollectables.com/

They are in the members section and this membership is free.
They are in PDF format so you will need adobe reader.
